The 28 best restaurants in Canggu you must visit

Canggu is Bali’s most popular location for digital nomads. Its location right off the beach, surrounded by ricefields and not yet polluted by heckling street sellers and honking taxi’s, make it a comfortable place to live. The dozens of delicious restaurants, quirky cafés and gorgeous boutiques don’t exactly hurt either! It’s hipster paradise. I got to live in Canggu for two months and during that time I ate out almost every single day. That’s how I collected the 28 best cafes and best restaurants in Canggu, Bali. I can’t wait to go back and add to it!

Osprey Fairview review: my honest experience with the Osprey Fairview 70L backpack

Osprey Fairview review: my honest experience with the Osprey Fairview 70L backpack

I’m not traditionally a backpacker. Everywhere I’ve gone in the past, I had done so with a trusty suitcase. But as I went backpacking through Asia for two months, I figured I should listen to the advice of those around me and buy a good backpack. I knew I couldn’t just go out and get one. I needed one that specifically fit my (digital nomad) lifestyle, my body, and that could zip open at the front. So I did my research and after some testing I bought the Osprey Fairview 70L Backpack. I’ve decided to write a lengthy and honest review about the pros and cons and comfort of the Osprey Fairview backpack range. If you’re wondering if the Osprey Fairview backpack is perfect for you, check out my Osprey Fairview review.

Things to do in New Delhi: top sights to see on your first visit to New Delhi

Things to do in New Delhi: top sights to see on your first visit to New Delhi

I think New Delhi is a city that intimidates travelers. It definitely intimidated me! I wasn’t really looking forward to my visit to New Delhi at all, if I’m honest. We would be spending just one day there, but in any case it seemed like a scary, busy, dirty city. And while the last two are certainly true, the first is not. When we were there it was just the highlight of the smog crisis in Delhi. In the morning we could see maybe 300 meters in front of us from our hotel room. But what surprised me is that Delhi has some really beautiful sights. That are definitely worth a visit, in fact: it would be a shame to miss them. Which is why I share the most beautiful sights in New Delhi here, for your first visit to New Delhi!

This is my only resolution for 2018

This is my only resolution for 2018

I know it’s a little bit late in the year to be talking resolutions, but at the same time: any day is a good day to change your life. So that’s why I wanted to talk a little bit about the concept of resolutions and how I’ve decided to approach them. Over the past few years I’ve been the master of overstretching myself in terms of resolutions. I think last year I had about twelve of them! While I got some done, and I wasn’t too strict on myself, in general it’s better to keep a narrow focus and just focus on one thing. That’s why I only have one New Year’s resolution for 2018. One focus word.
